Recital
Every spring, usually on Memorial Day Weekend, Allegro produces a spring recital. We encourage all our dancers to participate, and almost every dancer does. Recitals are what dancers enjoy most after a year of work in classes. As one of our dancers says, "This is more fun than Christmas!" Generally, there are no outside rehearsals, beyond the rehearsal week before the show. Dancers rehearse in half-hour to one hour time blocks so they can get their school work done, and young dancers go early so they aren't overly fatigued.
